The French firm presented a teaser for a new open-world game set in the Terminator universe at today’s Nacon Connect event. A T-800 unit enters a warehouse or unknown type of bunker in the thirty seconds of footage for the project that has been given the working title “Terminator Survival Project.” Nothing else has been made public, not even the release date.
In “the distant future,” Nacon told Polygon, the game will be released for PC and an unknown number of platforms. In addition to Steelrising, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown sneak peeks, Nacon exhibited 17 games during the event today. All three of those albums are expected to be released in September.
“The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic open world and features an original story that builds on the events of the official films. You play as a group of nuclear apocalypse survivors fighting to stay alive in a time period between Judgment Day and the creation of John Connor’s resistance,” said Nacon in a release.
