Hoyoverse announced that the long-awaited version 3.0 upgrade for Genshin Impact would be released on August 24. The update, titled “The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings,” will introduce players to a new territory named Sumeru, which has both a tropical forest and a desert, and will also include many new playable characters, including numerous five-star fighters. You may get one of the new characters, Collie, for free in the forthcoming Graven Innocence event. The overall storyline of Genshin Impact will, of course, go on in 3.0.
Hoyoverse released an extensive teaser video outlining the features of the upgrade. Also, the developer promised that the following three patches for Genshin Impact would all drop within five weeks. You may thus anticipate playing them on September 28th, November 2nd, and December 7th, respectively. A new update for the game was released on July 13th.
There are many things in development at Hoyoverse right now, one of which is a new material for Genshin Impact. The developer unveiled Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai: Star Rail earlier this year. Neither game has a release date just yet, but at the beginning of August, Hoyoverse started beta testing the former.
